Automatically Transmitted Information
As soon as you access the site www.lieutenante-gouverneure.quebec, information is automatically exchanged between your computer and the server hosting the site. - of whether the request is mandatory or optional;
- of the consequences for the person concerned, or where applicable for a third party, of refusing to respond to the request;
- of the rights of access and rectification provided by law.
If you choose to provide us with personal information by completing a form on the Lieutenant Governor of Québec's website, we will only use the information needed to respond to your message. Electronic messages are handled with the same confidentiality measures as postal mail.
Personal information provided will not be shared with any other government body, unless your request is directed to that body or unless such sharing is required by law. The information collected is never used to build user profiles and is not transmitted to any private organization.

The Lieutenant Governor of Québec's website provides links to government sites — Québec, Canadian, or otherwise — as well as to certain private organization sites. These sites open in a new window. As such, the information exchanged is no longer subject to the privacy policy of the Lieutenant Governor of Québec's website, but to that of the new site being visited.
